At Northeast Georgia Pilot Escort Vehicles, we believe pricing should be straightforward and easy for carriers and dispatchers to understand. Our rates are structured to provide predictable billing with no hidden fees, dispatch surprises, or unexpected wait charges.

Base Packages

$250

Up to 100 miles

• Up to 3.5 hours

• 1 escort vehicle with full equipment

• No additional standby or mobilization charges

Local Load Rate – Winder, GA

If both the pickup location and delivery location are within 25 miles of Winder, GA, the carrier qualifies for our Local Load Rate.

This discounted rate applies to short, local moves where minimal travel and repositioning are required.

Standard Mileage Rate

$1.85 per mile (over 250 miles)

This rate applies to most mileage-based jobs and includes:

• Certified escort vehicle

• Proper signage, flags & amber lighting

• Radio communication

• Professional Georgia-certified operator

Standby / Wait Time (Mileage Jobs Only):
A 30-minute grace period is included. After that, standby is billed at $50 per hour.

Dispatch & Mobilization (Mileage-Based Jobs Only)

A Dispatch & Mobilization Fee of $50 may apply on mileage-based jobs when the meeting point is outside our standard service area.

This helps cover:

• Deadhead mileage

• Fuel used during positioning

• Time spent staging prior to escort

• Return positioning after job completion

This fee does NOT apply to Mini Rate or Standard Day Rate jobs.

Additional Considerations

Rates may be adjusted for projects involving:

• Multiple lane control or rolling road blocks

• Overlength or extreme overhang

• Heavy metro traffic or restricted routes

• Night or weekend travel

• Multiple required escort vehicles

• Severe weather or alternate routing

Overnight stays (if required):
$150 per day per diem

Payment & Policies

• Accepted: Credit card, ACH, company check

• Final rate confirmed in writing prior to dispatch

• 24-hour cancellation notice requested

• Preferred partners may receive early-payment or ACH incentives
